Staffadoo.com also grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to use Staffadoo.com Website Services for your internal company use only.
You agree not to request or allow another person to create or use your Account on your behalf, for your use, or for your benefit, except that of an authorised employee or agent. You represent and warrant that: (a) the User is authorised to act on your behalf; and (b) you are fully responsible and liable for the User’s acts and omissions, including for obligations and liabilities under this Agreement. If any such User violates the Terms of this Agreement, it may affect your ability to use the Website and Services.

When Staffadoo.com exercises this discretion and there is a breach of these Terms by the User, Staffadoo.com reserves its right to institute any actions against the User.
